Translam has an interactive Corporate Resource Center (CRC) directly under the vision of the Director of the Institute and we have developed a bridge between the Institution and Industries. Our hardworking student and dedicated faculty have created an exclusive impression in the minds of recruiters and gained image of an excellent Professional and Technical Institution in NCR Region. An Exclusive Personality Development Cell (PDC) is taking care of holistic development of student as per the need of the organisations so that they can sit on the higher echelon of the society. Institute is committed to supply the creative brains to the industry our seasoned academicians and highly skilled professional are carving out best from the student by assisting them to develop functional capabilities, leadership skills & strategic and cognitive thinking. CRC centrally handles campus placement of the graduating students of all department.
The philosophy behind Industry-Institute collaboration is to develop sharing of resources, feedback & inputs to fulfil the Mission of the Institute. It helps to improve knowledge of an emerging technologies and problem solving skills. Beyond that summer projects are undertaken, jointly designed & monitored by the senior faculty, students and industrial staff so that student learn latest conceptual development in the area concerned.
Regular sports gave emphasis to strategic as well as Personality Development Programs. Foreign languages are the added advantage besides the regular curriculum to improve the confidence level, communication Skills & to understand the cross cultural barriers & hence leveraging the probability of employment globally.
